Information is power, it allows you to control budgets, understand where your costs are disappearing to and on which products. Springfield can tailor reports to meet your individual needs from top product reports to cost centre analysis. These reports will also form part of your regular review meetings with one of our account managers.
Review Meetings
Partnership with our clients is what we strive towards. To help us in this quest we hold regular review meetings. This is your opportunity to discuss issues appertaining to your account and for you to work with your dedicated Account Manager towards ensuring that your time is hassle-free, cost-effective and you have an efficient procurement system which continues well in to the future.
Ordering
Placing orders with Springfield couldn't be easier. We accept orders by phone, fax, post, electronically or indeed carrier pigeon if that is what you wish. Either way, you know your order will be dealt with promptly and efficiently and dispatched to you next day. Faxed confirmation of orders is something that our customers have grown accustomed to. This has been expanded to customers now receiving e-mail confirmations too.
